If a Minor applies to become a Client, then either the Minor’s parent or guardian are required to be a party to this Agreement. Any reference to Client in this Agreement is a reference to the parent or guardian of the Minor. If you do not agree to this clause, stop using the services and contact Announce team to delete your data.

E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Announce prioritizes digital communication tools over more traditional systems, which is why Announce should be expected to attempt contacting you periodically via email for different communication objectives, including announcements, critical notifications, surveying and questionnaires, confirmation emails, promotional offers, or general information updates. We believe that our emailing approach helps you stay up-to-date of our services and offerings. In order to improve the delivered quality of our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Announce or click on a link therein, which helps us customize our communication based on your expectations.
