Any reference to Client in this Agreement is a reference to the parent or guardian of the Minor. Announce prioritizes digital communication tools over more traditional systems, which is why Announce should be expected to attempt contacting you periodically via email for different communication objectives, including announcements, critical notifications, surveying and questionnaires, confirmation emails, promotional offers, or general information updates.
